Exchange Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to replace the product provided to him by the store within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and they are not entitled to replace the product after the seven days have passed.

2- In order to replace the product, it must be in good condition, and the consumer must not have used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before exchanging it to ensure its safety. The consumer bears the cost of shipping if they want to replace the product. In international exchanges, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

The consumer does not have the right to replace the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by them, with the exception of products that have a defect or violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If the product is video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or information programs that have been used.

3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other copyrighted works.

4- If a defect appears in the product due to misuse by the consumer.

5- If the contract deals with providing accommodation, transportation, or feeding services.

6- If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.

Return Policy:

1- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to cancel the contract and return the product provided to them from the store within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and they have no right to return the product after the seven days have passed.

2- To return the product, it is required that the product be in good condition, and the consumer has not used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before accepting the return to ensure its safety.

3- The consumer bears the costs resulting from the return process. In the case of international returns, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In case of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.

Cancellation Policy:

In the event that your order is canceled for any personal reason or other reasons related to reservations, shipping conditions, or regulations, the cancellation and exchange policy will be according to the Saudi Ministry of Commerce system, and the cancellation and refund mechanism will be as follows:

If the shipment is created or processed by the seller: the shipping fees + bank fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer. If the shipment is created and the shipment is not processed by the seller, only the bank fees will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the customer. If the shipment has been created and processed and left to the customer’s address, we will not be able to cancel your order, and the amount will not be refunded unless the product differs from the agreed-upon product.

In the event that a tourist package is booked and it is canceled more than 24 hours before the flight time, the full amount will be refunded unless there are accommodation or flight reservations, in which case the reservation policies of the airline or accommodation companies must be referred to.

In the event that a tourist package is canceled less than 24 hours from the start of the trip, a 20% administrative fee + the amounts for accommodation or flight reservations will be deducted according to the reservation policies of the airline or accommodation companies.

The consumer has no right to return the product in the following cases:

1- If the product was manufactured at the request of the consumer or according to specifications specified by them, with the exception of products that have a defect or violate the specifications specified by the consumer.

2- If the product is video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or information programs that have been used.

3- If the product is newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or other copyrighted works.

4- If a defect appears in the product due to misuse by the consumer.

5- If the contract deals with providing accommodation, transportation, or feeding services.

6- If the contract deals with the purchase of software download products via the Internet.

7- If the driver is unable to enter the central area due to crowding, the full amount will be refunded.

8- It is necessary to book 24 hours in advance for the delivery service to schedule the driver, and if we are unable to provide the service, the amount will be refunded.

9- The reservation is confirmed via WhatsApp or text message after requesting the service from the website.

10- We can cancel the reservation if there are hotels that the driver does not reach, such as (Elaf Kinda, Elaf Al Sadd), and the amount is returned to the customer.
